Copper Crossing at I-80

Big-D has constructed multiple warehouses at the Copper Crossing industrial park. Built on spec for future tenants, all buildings are similar in style featuring open-web roof structures, aluminum storefronts, ACM metal panels at the entries, and a painted exterior with overhead doors and minimal loading dock equipment. They were constructed with TPO membrane roofing, skylights, minimal warehouse lighting, and clerestory windows, all which contribute to building efficiency while providing ample natural light. Construction included installation of new electrical service, gas piping, gas heaters, emergency lighting, and ESFR fire protection, as well as earthwork, utilities, asphalt paving, site concrete, and landscaping. Since completion of Building 1 in 2020, Big-D has finished construction of Building 2, is roughly halfway complete with Building 3, just starting construction on Building 5, and has completed multiple tenant improvements for a range of clients over the past few years.
